Ability Level: For runners of ALL abilities who want to know how to run their best half-marathon

Workshop Overview: Our Half-Marathon Workshop is designed for runners of all abilities who want to learn more about running 13.1 miles. During our workshop we cover everything from the training, to the nutrition and fuelling. Our coaches carefully design a track session for runners to take part in, so you get to train in an inspirational location with expert coaches on hand to oversee your training session. Of course, there is always a chance for you to ask any questions you may have, which our coaching team will happily answer.

Expert Coaching

Benefit from our expert coaches throughout the day. Our New Levels Coaching team have carefully constructed the day so you get the most benefit from it, and they will be on hand throughout to support and guide you through the day.

Inspirational Location

Train on the London Marathon Community track, which was the warm up track for the London Olympics in 2012. There is no better backdrop when your training, with the London Olympic Stadium right next door.

Like-Minded Runners

Runners of all abilities are welcome and our day is designed so that runners at all levels can benefit. Gain confidence by surrounding yourself with positive like-minded runners who are on a similar journey to yourself.

Nutrition & Fuelling

Learn how to best prepare for your half marathon, during our nutrition and fuelling workshop. Our team of expert coaches will provide resources, as well as some nutritional goodies for you to try, so that you feel more prepared to take on the 13.1 miles.

Four excellent and approachable coaches; a carefully designed and well-executed programme; an incomparably equipped and motivating venue.
A wide range of participants’ ages and abilities. I’m 74 years old, I guess there were maybe 2 or 3 who were older. Most were in the range 30s to 50s. I’ve never been a ‘good’ runner, but I was able to complete all the tasks as well as anyone.
