What’s Included

  • Nutritious, healthy lunch – This food will be prepared and cooked by the chefs at the Elite Athlete Centre. Tea, coffee and snacks will also be available.

  • Track training session led by our very own coacheswho have worked alongside International athletes and who have competed at the highest level in the sport as athletes themselves.

  • Access to World Class training facilitiesincluding the HighPerformance Athlete Centre & Hotel as well as the Paula Radcliffe Track.

  • Running drills and technique sessionswhich will break down the fundamentals of running technique and how you can look to improve this

  • Pilates & strength training for runners sessionsled by a fully qualified Pilates  instructor & strength and conditioning coach with international experience in running

  • Educational workshopsdelivered by our team of coaches, who will make sure you have educational resources and content to take away and implement into your training.

  • Exercise physiology testing – during the track session, our team of physiologists will be giving you an insight into your physiological profile as an athlete, and you will also receive a detailed report of your results.

  • Performance Pass Goodie Bag – you will receive your own performance goodie bag including a technical running t-shirt and products from our event sponsors.
