Nutritious, healthy lunch – This food will be prepared and cooked by the chefs at the Elite Athlete Centre.

Track training session led by our very own coaches – who have worked alongside International athletes and who have competed at the highest level in the sport as athletes themselves.

Access to World Class training facilities – including the High–Performance Athlete Centre, the Paula Radcliffe Track, Powerbase Gym and the British Swimming National Centre Pool.

Running drills and technique sessions – which will break down the fundamentals of running technique and how you can look to improve this

Pilates for runners sessions – led by a fully qualified Pilates instructor with International experience in running

Educational workshops – delivered by our team of coaches, who will cover everything from the running mindset, to exercise physiology

Exercise physiology testing – during the track session, our team of physiologists will be giving you an insight into your physiological profile as an athlete, and you will also recieve a detialed report of your results.
