11am – 12.30pm Endurane Track Session
12.30pm – 1pm Lunch
1pm – 2pm Elite Athlete Talk
2pm – 3.30pm Fuelling for the Marathon
3.30pm – 4.30pm Strength Training for Marathon Runners
4.30 – 5pm Depart
