Meet The Team

Lewis Moses

Former International Athlete, UKA Accredited Coach and Founder of New Levels Coaching. In 2012 Lewis won the British Indoor 1500m Title and booked his place on the GB&NI Athletics Team for the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Istanbul, Turkey. He boasts PB’s of 3.41 -1500m, 7.55 – 3000m and 13.47 – 5000m. After a very successful running career, Lewis has now turned his attention to coaching, where he inspires athletes to find their own running potential.

Gemma Hillier-Moses

England international athlete, proud New Levels coach and wife of Team NLC Founder Lewis Moses. Gemma has over 10 years experience of coaching athletes of all abilities and a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from Loughborough university. If this isn’t enough Gemma is a qualified personal trainer, cancer rehab and exercise referral specialist. Gemma will be one of two lead coaches during the retreat.

Matt Wood

Former England International Athlete, former UK Indoor 1500m British Junior Record holder and Loughborough University Sports Science Graduate. Matt is the Co-Founder of RunThrough Events, an events company designed by runners to encourage people to use running to improve their physical and mental health! He has a wealth of experience working with athletes of all abilities as part of the RunThrough Running Club and Loughborough University and is also a qualified Soft Tissue Therapist.

Lucy Harfield

A former synchronised swimmer turned marathon runner. Lucy has run 3 of the 6 marathon majors in her short but very successful running career. Lucy is the Head of Communications for RunThrough Events and is also an Assistant Running Coach at the weekly RunThrough Running Club. Lucy will be ensuring everything goes as planned during your Runner Retreat.
