Join us at the Lee Valley Athletics Centre, London, for our first marathon focused Runner Retreats Workshop. Whether you are looking to break that elusive time barrier or looking to prepare as best you can for your first marathon, this workshop will provide education on planning your training, nutrition & fuelling strategies and injury prevention. Alongside a practical endurance based track session and inspiration from an international athlete.

August 26th – August 29th 2022

The Performance Retreat will take place at the Elite Athlete centre and hotel, overlooking the world class athletics facilities at Loughborough University. The retreaters will be working closely with our team during the long weekend and they will delve deep into the fundamentals that underpin running performance to show them exactly what they need to do in order to take their running to the next level.

October 14th – 17th 2022

Join us for a luxury Runner Retreat in the Lake District in October 2022. The Lakes will provide the perfect setting for you to train, relax, unwind and learn from our running experts and coaches. During The Lakes Retreat you will be challenged to upgrade your mindset, so you leave the weekend feeling inspired and re-energised, ready to find your potential.

Spend time in the stunning French Alps town of Morzine, surrounded by leading running experts and coaches, who will educate and inspire you. You will train, relax, unwind and learn more about how to be the best version of you.
