During The Lakes Retreat you will be challenged to upgrade your mindset, so you leave the weekend feeling inspired and re-energised, ready to find your potential.

July 2nd – 8th 2023

Spend time in the stunning French Alps town of Morzine, surrounded by leading running experts and coaches, who will educate and inspire you. You will train, relax, unwind and learn more about how to be the best version of you. What’s more, you will leave the retreat feeling refreshed, re-energised and ready to find your running potential.

Summer 2023

The Performance Retreat will take place at the Elite Athlete centre and hotel, overlooking the world class athletics facilities at Loughborough University. The retreaters will be working closely with our team during the long weekend and they will delve deep into the fundamentals that underpin running performance to show them exactly what they need to do in order to take their running to the next level.

January 2023

Our Marathon Workshop is aimed at runners of all abilities, looking to improve their marathon performance or looking to prepair for their first marthon. Our expert coaches will guide you throught the various elements of marathon training, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to prepair as best you can for your next marathon.
