Difficulty: Some trail running experience is required, however trail runners of all abilities are welcome

Your Trail Running Adventure: Experience the French Alps at their absolute best, by joining us for a trail running weekend in Morzine-Avoriaz. Our hotel base will be in the heart of Morzine and we will explore the local mountains, with experienced run guides and expert coaches. During the weekend you will get to explore the amazing trails in the area, reach some incredible peaks and learn lots more about trail running. Our aim is to teach you the skills and techniques necessary, so you can confidently take on the trails yourself.

Highlights

EXPLORE THE TRAILS

You will get to explore the amazing trails in the Morzine Avoiraz area, whilst chasing vert and hitting summiting some of the highest peaks. Our run guides will make sure you know how to navigate these trails safely and at your own speed, so that you can take in everything The Alps has to offer.

MORNING STRETCHING

Morning stretching sessions with stunning views, ensuring your start the day in the right way. Our expect coaches will guide you through stretching and mobility routines, so that the body is ready to take on those challenging trails.

BREATHTAKING VIEWS

Climb up to some of the most amazing views in the French Alps and take in the breathtaking scenery. The only way to ever find these views is by running or hiking to the top of these peaks and that’s exactly what we plan to do!

HILL RUNNING TECHNIQUE

Learn how to run both uphill and donwhill and find out when it’s more effective to walk on those big climbs. We will make sure you know how to use running poles, so that you’re stronger and more confident when it comes to tackling those big climbs.

LIKE-MINDED TRAIL RUNNERS

Be part of a positive, like-minded group of trail runners who are all supporting each other on their trail running adventure. Our camps are designed for trail runners of all abilities and our run guides and expert coaching team will make sure you are always supported when out on the trails.

HOTEL WITH A VIEW

Stay in the most idyllic setting, nestled in the heart of the French Alps overlooking Lake Montriond. Wake up inspired by your surroundings, with breath-taking mountain views right outside of your window. Hotel Du Lac is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the trails and fill up with delicious, hearty and healthy food, which will ensure you refuel in the right way.
