Workshop Overview: Our running technique workshop is designed for runners who want to understand more about running technique, what underpins it and how they can improve this. During the day our coaches will teach you new drills and kills to help you improve your technique and posture and during the afternoon we will transitions these techniques to running, where our team will then analyse your technique and provide you with feedback. This workshop is perfect for people who want to improve their running technique and improve their performance.


Expert Coaching

Our expert coaching team will teach you new drills and skills, so you can go away and practice these, which will help you improve your running technique.

Tips & Advice

During the day, we will provide analysis, tips and advice, so that you understand what you need to do in order to improve. You will always have chance to ask any questions that you have too.

Workshop Schedule

Morning - 9.00am Arrival

Arrive at 9.00am and meet the coaching team as well as the other runners who will take part in the running technique workshop. We will start with an introduction before going into the running technique and drills workshop, where we will teach you all the fundamentals that underpin running technique

Morning Session

During the morning session our coaches will teach you about the fundamental movement patterens and positions, which underpin running technique. During this practical session, you will go through a series of drills and exercises, which will not only help you move better, but you will also learn how to run stronger.

Afternoon Session - 5:00pm Depart

Once you’ve enjoyed your nutritious lunch, we will then head back to the High Performance Centre to look at your running technique. Firstly you will learn how to run properly and work on your own technique. We will then analyse your running, recording your running and provide expert feedback on what you need to do in order ti improve your running technique.
